There are a few reasons your Split may not have processed yet?

  1. Revenue hasn’t hit the Split account yet. Splits pay out recipients when money hits the unique account that was created.

For example, a split was created to share revenue from a product sale, the Split account needs to receive payments first before each recipient gets paid.

  1. The Recipient’s account is down and money is reversed

A recipient’s bank account might be experiencing some downtime and the money sent is reversed. We will attempt to send the fund within 24 hours again.
